The name itself carries a piece of us. “Sky” comes from my Vietnamese name—a reminder of where all of this started.
But Sky High is not just about me—it’s something my wife and I are building together, step by step, through all the ups and unknowns.
“High” represents the mindset we carry—holding onto hope, always reaching for something better, even when the path isn’t fully clear.

Translated as coffee and stories, this phrase reflects the heart of what we do—creating space for connection, conversation, and shared moments through coffee.
Coffee, for us, was never just about caffeine. It was slow mornings, late conversations, and those small moments you don’t really think about until they’re gone.
As time went on, we realized we didn’t just want to serve coffee—we wanted to recreate that feeling. Something more intentional. Something people can actually sit with, not just grab and go.
But it’s also a feeling. The kind you get after a good cup of coffee—when everything slows down for a second, your mind clears, and you feel just a little lighter… like you’re walking on the sky.
This project is our way of bringing all of that together—culture, memory, and experience—into something you can actually taste.
Not rushed. Not overcomplicated. Just thoughtful, intentional, and meant to be enjoyed from start to finish.

We’re sharing a part of where we come from—and how we see it moving forward.

A 5-course tasting centered on Vietnamese coffee, featuring three coffee creations, complemented by Japanese matcha and seasonal flower tea, thoughtfully designed to be savored from beginning to end.
Each course features a unique drink paired with small palate elements.
